Terms and conditions for hairstyling services
A deposit is required to book and confirm any wedding or occasion hairstyling services including trials, consultations and call out general hairstyling services.
Deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations are accepted.
Terms and conditions for the hair accessory services.
Beady Bride designs and creates all accessories by hand. Due to this fact, in some cases, there may be tiny differences in orders that require 2 or more quantities of the same item, however that does not diminish the quality of the items.
We will send you regular updates on the progress of your order using the email address that you will provide in your order. We will email you some images of it so you can check the details on it and confirm that it meets your criteria.
Changes to any custom or bespoke items must be discussed by telephone call.
We thoroughly check all hair accessories for faults before dispatching to make sure you receive the perfect hair accessory.
Your item will be securely wrapped and packed for safety while in transit.
Your item will be sent by special delivery and will need a signature on delivery to your address and we follow up on that by email or telephone to make sure you have received the item safely.
Beady Bride will dispatch your order only once we have received the full payment for your order items.
We don’t take responsibility for lost items, undelivered items or late deliveries.
We do not take responsibility for failures of royal mail.
It can take a while for Beady Bride to complete a bespoke item please enquire by email to check if we can complete your order within your time schedule.
Items that are out of stock can be made on order but enquire first if we can deliver it in time before ordering.
